This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations arranged with Springline Business Planning Co., Ltd. (Tax ID 0105427059108). Fees and scope are set in your engagement letter or invoice—not on this marketing site.
Eligibility
Refunds are considered when:
- We cancel a confirmed session without rescheduling to your satisfaction; or
- You cancel according to the notice periods below before billable preparation work begins.
Cancellation and rescheduling

Proposed, pending business confirmation: these windows follow common Thai professional-services practice until you sign specific terms.
Non-refundable items
- Research or modeling hours already delivered in writing before a cancellation notice;
- Third-party costs we prepaid on your behalf (travel, filing fees) at actual cost;
- Deposits explicitly labeled non-refundable in your quote.

Email info@toolkitspringline.click or call +66-76-311-684 with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days where banking rules allow.
No-shows
If you do not attend a confirmed session without notice, the session fee is charged in full.
Work already started
Multi-phase expansion budgeting engagements refund only the unused portion of prepaid fees after deducting completed phases documented in writing.
